What we’re about
The Gurdjieff Foundation of Texas is a non-profit organization dedicated to a continuing study of the ideas of G.I. Gurdjieff. The Houston Group is related to the Gurdjieff Foundation in New York as well as the world-wide study of these ideas.
We employ the forms for study instituted by Gurdjieff such as practical craft work, cooking, discussion, exchange, and sacred dance. We also follow the practice of sitting (a short, guided meditation).
