Conversation over Coffee

Meeting Friday morning -- “Conversations Over Coffee" -- about using the ideas and teaching brought by George Gurdjieff in practical ways.
• Being more present and more alive in ordinary life circumstances
• Sensation as an anchor for attention
• Transformation from a sleeping machine to a conscious being
• Support of a group towards a common aim
• Finding one's place in the grand scheme

The Outreach Group will gather Friday 8:00 AM at the North Bethesda location of Java Nation, 11120 Rockville Pike. Grab a bite and a cup and join us! We are the group sitting on the patio with a copy of Ouspensky’s “In Search of the Miraculous: Fragments of an Unknown Teaching”.
