Alkesh Chauhan is an engineering leader at Confluent and has around 15 years of experience. She is a data veteran and has extensive experience in using Big Data, ML and distributed streaming architectures to solve challenging business problems at previous organizations such as Amazon, American Express, and Paytm. She is a sought-after trainer and has conducted various trainings and workshops on a range of topics related to streaming processing, data pipelines and Kafka. Many of her trainees have gone on to create exciting real-time solutions at organizations such Microsoft, Adobe, and Amazon.
