With Gustando Parlando you can practice, or learn, Italian, learn how to make typical dishes from different regions in Italy, and test out the dishes too, all in a welcoming kitchen space in the heart of Amsterdam.

On the 10th of May the focus will be on a traditional dish from Central Italy (Lazio), and we will be making Fettuccine. They are a type of fresh egg pasta typical of the Roman culinary tradition and became especially famous when served with butter and Parmesan cheese, later known worldwide as Fettuccine Alfredo.

A gluten-free version will also be prepared, so everyone can enjoy the experience.

I will walk you along the process, while explaining the history of the dish, as well as other facts from the area, all in italian (with some translations if needed!).
Wine from the specific region will be served, together with Panzanella or Bruschetta.
