Join us this summer for a long weekend of standup paddleboarding and yoga as we head to the stunning west coast of Sardinia to explore the beautiful Sardinian coastline by water!

We’ll be exploring the western coast of Sardinia, with 56 miles of coastline and varied terrain. From sandy beaches to secluded bays, cliffs, mountains and rivers, it’s the perfect location to explore by water and land.

Each day we’ll explore a new location by stand up paddleboard or on foot. We’ll be paddling along the coastline on crystal clear waters and discovering hidden beaches or hiking ancient trails and getting into the wildest parts of Sardinia to reconnect with nature. We’ll challenge ourselves with Via Ferrata, climbing to new heights for beautiful views!

📍 Godalming to Guildford, River Wey
We begin in the charming market town of Godalming, just 40 minutes from London Waterloo by train. After a warm welcome and expert coaching session, we’ll launch onto the water and glide 9km downstream towards Guildford. This stretch of the River Wey is known for its tranquil beauty—historic locks, lush green fields, weeping willows, and rolling Surrey Hills will be our backdrop.

🌸 Midway Picnic Stop
We’ll take a peaceful break in a scenic riverside spot to enjoy a packed picnic lunch (please bring your own)

🏡Finish at Dapdune Wharf
Our journey ends at the historic Dapdune Wharf in Guildford, a National Trust site with a tearoom, toilet facilities, and a smooth landing area—no carrying boards required! From here, it’s just a short walk to Guildford train station if you’re heading home or wish to explore the town further.
