When do you play?
4 Courts from 2:00pm to 5:00pm on Sundays.

How much does it cost?
Session fees: £12

In order to secure your place, please submit your session fee via bank transfer by the Thursday preceding the session. Our bank details are as follows:

Please give your profile name as reference, so that it can be identified.

Waiting List Update:

When the event is full, there will be a waiting list for players to put their names on. Once a spot becomes available, i.e. another member cancels, the first person on the waiting list will be added to RSVP automatically. As such, the person will be sent an automated email confirming so. For those who do not wish to be added automatically perhaps they have other events planned, please remove your name from the waiting list.

If you are on the waiting list and would like to bring along a guest, we suggest that your guest signs up separately to get on the waiting list. Due to the quirkiness of how the Meetup waiting list works, it is much less likely for a member with a guest on the waiting list to get spots even when there are cancellations.

Late Cancellations Fee:

Cancel within 24 hours of the event, ie after 2:00pm on Saturday - £6 fee will be added on the next visit.

No Show Fee:

Full fee £12 will be added to the profile on the next visit.

What shuttles do you play with?

Feather shuttlecocks will be supplied.

What about racket?

Please bring your own.

What about insurance?

We are private individuals getting together to play for fun, therefore we accept no liability for any loss or injury, however sustained, while taking part in club activities. If you want to cover yourself against injury to yourself or others, please make sure you have the appropriate insurance.

In the interest of health and safety, proper wear is a must in this club which means no casual wear and no barefoot on the court.

If your plans changed and you can no longer attend the session you have booked please show some consideration and change your RSVP from 'Yes' to 'No' at the earliest opportunity.
