Difficulty/Terrain: Strenuous with many hills.
Distance: 3 - 4 mile hike.
Where to Park/Meet: Meet by the Frederick Douglas Statue, South Ave and Robinson Dr. (parking along Robinson Dr.)
Plan for a work-out hike. Intention is to provide a simulated Adirondack workout for hikers. NOT for beginners. (Click on map for location and directions.)
