Hike Name: Greenway north, Scottsville north to Genesee Valley Park.
Hike Date: Sunday, June 28, 9:30 a.m.
Difficulty/Terrain: Moderate, strenuous due to length.
Distance: 10-11 mile one way hike.
Where to Park/Meet: Contact John Texter by phone 413-8278 or email jtexter@emich.edu to coordinate carpooling (behind the post office in Scottsville and the south end of the parking lot at the GVP ice arena/sports complex). Bring plenty of water and a lunch. Depart Scottsville at 9:30am for approx 5-hour hike including lunch break. Optional breakfast at the Artisan Cafe in Scottsville before hike. Scottsville Post Office, 3 Rochester Street, Scottsville. (Click on map for location and directions.)
