Join Leanne and Kamil for this Monday evening mini series of short weekday evening wanders! The perfect way to spend an evening!
These hikes will be taking place in various locations, changing monthly! Our intention is to provide a regular weekday community hike night that folks can look forward to and count on year round!
About the hike:
This walk is situated in the north east part of Waterloo, Ontario. It is at the eastern end of the Laurel Creek drainage basin around which Waterloo was constructed, especially the "uptown" part of the city. If you wish to take some friends on a pleasant, short and local walk this may be it. There is ample parking and the loop follows a relatively easy, wide path, some of which is wooded. Bechtel Park is a popular cross country skiing location in Waterloo.
