1 hour trail walk at J.B.Williams Park

Join me on Saturday morning at J.B.Williams Park in Lilburn at 8am for a 1 hour trail walk to train for the upcoming Peachtree Road Race 10K. We will do weekly fitness walks and keep training for 5K's and 10K's and for overall fitness.
