Join us for our weekly fast-paced fitness hike at Valley Forge Park! When leading a hike, how fast I go depends on the purpose of the hike. This hike is intended to be strenuous exercise, not a sightseeing tour, so we will go up and down a lot of hills as fast as possible.
REMEMBER TO HYDRATE BEFORE THE HIKE & BRING PLENTY OF WATER.
Hike Level: Advanced due to pace.
Distance: 6-8 miles
Total Time: Approximately 2 Hours (we always aim to finish before sundown)
