We are offering a well-designed general conditioning program which can be a solution to your problems and will make sports a life-long habit for your child.

How often: 2-3 times a week
Location: Haarlem Center, South.
Our team: Tough Crew Kids is a team run by a gymnast and a pro-triathlete (swimming, cycling, running). We bring the world of elite athletics to your child — safely and effectively adapting the same techniques used to train top athletes in swimming, running, and gymnastics.
We take the best drills and exercises from these disciplines to help your child grow stronger, more coordinated and more confident.
Swimming: We incorporate upper-body strengthening exercises inspired by swimmers, improving arm and shoulder power while enhancing posture.
Running: Using proven methods from track athletes, we focus on building lower-body strength, stabilizing knees and ankles, and boosting speed and endurance.
Gymnastics: With drills designed for total body development, we improve balance, coordination, flexibility, and core strength.

Our unique approach is based on latest researches and facts in the fields of youth physiology, psychology, and training methods, our unique sports experiences, and profound knowledge of injury prevention techniques.
We believe that every child can become strong and well-coordinated, if guided by professionals through a well-designed training program.
