About the Meetup:
Do you want to live a good life — within the limits of our planet? Are you curious about how small personal shifts can lead to lasting impact?
This is a 3-part meetup series where we explore how to build sustainable habits — in a way that feels doable and supportive.
Whether you want to reduce your waste, eat more plant-based, cycle instead of drive, or simply slow down — this meetup is a safe space to reflect, commit, and connect with others who share your values.
### How it works
Session 1 – Pick Your Shift
In this meeting, we'll each choose a habit we would like to remove, change, or add to our lives that would make our everyday living a little more sustainable.
We'll share ideas, reflect together, and set a clear intention.
Session 2 – Check-in & Continue
After 2 weeks of working on your new habit, there is a chance to meet again for a check-in.
This is an opportunity to share progress and struggles in a friendly space. New participants are welcome to join and select their habit here, too. The aim is to leave with fresh motivation and peer support.
Session 3 – Celebrate & Reflect
After 4 weeks working on your new habit the time has come to celebrate our attempts, wins, and lessons! We'll reflect on what worked and why — and how to keep going, or start fresh again.
You don’t have to be perfect. Just willing to try.
