Build your Habit Action Plan for 2022

Hi, we are Nora & Ben, and we know that you really want to stick to your goals this year. In theory, we know that all we need to do is stay on track with the habits that will get us to our goals. Well, then why is the 2nd Friday of January called the "Quitter's Day", the day when most people break their new year's resolutions? Which probably makes them feel like they are not cut out to ever get to their goal.

We believe our lives have become so stressful and distracting that it's no wonder we are struggling so hard to stay on course. We know how it feels to go through the cycles of staying on- and off-track with our own goals and habits, which is why we are developing tools like the Habit Action Plan.

During this 90min* workshop, we will:
1. Explain the Habit Action Plan and the method behind it
2. Refine your main goals for 2022
3. Create a list of habit experiments that work for you
4. Give you feedback on your plan if you like
