• There is no fee for guests requested by the Success club, but the Hotel requests one compulsory drink (Wine, Beer or Soft drink) per person (7€).

Our Toastmasters club in Mijas, Costa del Soul Speakers, meets every week to practice public speaking, strengthen communication skills, and grow both personally and professionally – all within a supportive and friendly environment! 🎤

Toastmasters is one of the most effective and proven programs for building confidence, communication, and leadership skills – practiced worldwide for over 100 years in over 150 countries. 🌍

What happens at a Club meeting?
During each session, you’ll experience:

• 📝 Short prepared speeches by members: Several club members deliver a prepared speech from the Toastmasters Pathways educational program. It’s an excellent opportunity to grow in a supportive environment and to learn by listening.
• ⚡ Impromptu speaking exercises (Table Topics): Speakers are given a surprise topic and are asked to speak for 1-2 minutes. This fun, low-pressure activity helps build confidence and quick thinking.
• 💬 Constructive, supportive feedback: Each speaker receives valuable and constructive feedback that highlights strengths and offers practical suggestions for improvement. Feedback is always respectful and designed to help you grow.
• 🤝 Community and networking: Beyond speaking practice, our club is a supportive community. You’ll connect with like-minded people focused on personal and professional growth, share experiences, and build meaningful connections.

Nuestro club Toastmasters en Mijas, llamado Costa del Soul Speakers, se reúne cada semana para practicar la oratoria, mejorar las habilidades de comunicación que nos ayudan a crecer de forma personal y profesional – todo en un ambiente seguro, ameno y de apoyo! 🎤

Toastmasters es uno de los programas más efectivos y comprobados para desarrollar la confianza, comunicación y habilidades de liderazgo – practicado en todo el mundo con una trayectoria de más de 100 años y en más de 150 países. 🌍

¿Qué ocurre en una reunión del Club?
Durante cada sesión, experimentarás:

• 📝 Discursos breves y preparados: Varias personas del club presentan un discurso preparado del programa educativo Toastmasters Pathways. Es una excelente oportunidad para crecer en un ambiente de apoyo y aprender escuchando.
• ⚡ Prácticas de improvisación (Table Topics): Quienes participan reciben un tema sorpresa donde tendrán la oportunidad de desarrollar un mini discurso en 1-2 minutos. Esta actividad divertida y sin presión ayuda a desarrollar confianza y pensamiento rápido.
• 💬 Retroalimentación constructiva y de apoyo: Cada participante recibe retroalimentación valiosa y constructiva que destaca fortalezas y ofrece sugerencias prácticas para mejorar. La retroalimentación es siempre respetuosa y diseñada para ayudarte a crecer.
