Meeting 21: Bob Peret on Analog Data & Signal Processing

Unlike most of us software hipsters, Bob is an actual engineer who has designed, built and programmed complex things you can actually hold and touch. Bob's house is full of such things and it doesn't hurt that he is also an engaging speaker and a gracious host.

Bob is inviting us to his home to discuss how to sample analog data and perform some signal processing to extract information. He's also considering breaking out the guitar, bongos, and possibly a Jacobs Ladder ("as it is close to Halloween, and the Dr. Frankenstein in me surfaces at this time").
