Anyone who is interested in cybersecurity and penetration testing should join this group. The purpose of the meet up is to meet other infosec enthusiasts, discuss, exchange knowledge regarding cybersecurity, hack machines from Hack The Box dedicated to this gathering and enjoy.
In Hack The Box Meetups we support free training and everything is given for free to the community.

Join us for a Hack The Box (HTB) meetup in Christchurch, New Zealand! Whether you're completely new to cybersecurity or already exploring hacking, this event is a great place to learn, practice, and meet like-minded people.
We’ll be doing a guided walkthrough of the HTB “Kobold” machine, a medium Linux box, which will be a fun challenge for all. We’ll go step by step, showing how vulnerabilities can be found and used in a simple and understandable way—no prior experience needed.
Along the way, you’ll learn the basics of web security, how attackers think, and how to move from initial access to full control of a system.
After the walk-through, you’ll have time to keep practising, ask questions, and work together with others on more challenges.
