HackTheBox Meetup #3 - NPS Cyber Club

---WHAT TO EXPECT---
This meetup will be an "open season" to explore the HTB platform.
We'll show you how to get connected to the HTB environment, and how to approach your first machine. From there, we'll break off and allow everyone to either work as a group towards finding flags or on your own! The rest of the time is yours to explore any of the five HTB machines we'll host as you can! We'll be online for this hybrid meetup to work through problems together. If on campus, we'll be in the cottage. Virtual meeting invite will be sent only to Meetup.com registered attendees.
We'll review the requirements to earn free HTB swag when we kick off this event, as there will be a limited number of giveaways, so we'll set up a competition and award the highest achievers!
---WHAT YOU GET---

---WHAT YOU NEED---
1. Some kind of computer (or VM) you can use to VPN into the HTB environment --OR-- a device with a modern web browser to access the web based Pwnbox (Parrot based Linux instance). Connection details will only be sent to registered Meetup.com attendees.
2. A HTB account. To access our Dedicated Lab, please provide us BOTH:
2.a Your HTB username.
2.b. What email address you're registered with on HTB.
3. Discord. We'll send the link to our HTB club discord server to all registered Meetup.com attendees that RSVP to this event. We'll stream this meetup live through Discord promptly at 1200. After the intro, we'll continue using Discord to collaborate.
