The second Hack The Box Meetup in Patras is here.
Supported by ISSG and the Dep. of ECE University of Patras

After our first meetup, we are continuing with a practical session focused on basic hacking tools, live demonstrations, and collaborative machine solving.
This meetup is designed for beginners who want to understand how Cybersecurity tools are used in practice, while also giving more experienced participants the chance to work together on hands-on challenges.

What to expect:

  • Part 1: Basic tools and demos

Showcase common tools and have a live guided walkthrough of a vulnerable machine

  • Part 2: Social engineering and malware example

A practical demonstration of how social engineering techniques can be combined with malicious payloads in real-world attack scenario, with a focus on awareness, defense, and responsible learning, delivered by Vaios Karastathis.

  • Part 3: Collaborative hacking
