### HTB Toronto Meetup #12 — Thinking like an Attacker by infosecpat (Pat Gorman)

We’re excited to welcome infosecpat (Pat Gorman) for our 12th HTB Toronto meetup!

Pat Gorman is the founder of ISP Security, where he helps organizations strengthen their security posture through real-world offensive security testing and practical risk reduction. With a hands-on background spanning penetration testing, security operations, and adversary-focused assessments, Pat brings a grounded, experience-driven perspective to modern cybersecurity challenges.

In this session, Pat will share insights drawn from his work in offensive security, discussing practical approaches to testing, defending, and thinking like an attacker. Attendees can expect real-world context, lessons learned from the field, and advice that’s valuable for those early in their cybersecurity journey as well as more experienced practitioners.

As always, this meetup is open to all skill levels, and there will be time for discussion and Q&A with Pat.
