About us
The Hackathon Training Grounds and Social Club is a space for anyone looking to get comfortable with the fast-paced environment of hackathons. Whether you are a total beginner who has never built a project in a weekend or a seasoned developer looking to sharpen your prototyping skills, this is a place to practice without the pressure of a competition. We meet to work on small, low-stakes projects, troubleshoot technical blockers, and learn how to move from an idea to a functional demo in a short amount of time.
Beyond the coding, this is intended to be a social community where you can find potential teammates for future events or just meet other people who enjoy building things. We keep things informal, supportive, and collaborative. If you have been intimidated by hackathons in the past or just want a consistent group of people to build with, come by, bring your laptop, and let us work through some projects together.
