What to expect:
A 45-minute mat Pilates class focused on mobility, posture, and relaxation. The class includes a gentle warm-up, full-body Pilates work, a short stretch at the end, and good music to help you relax and enjoy the session.
What to bring:
Comfortable clothing you can move in and your own mat.
Finding the group:
When you arrive, please go to reception and let them know you’re there for the Pilates class. The receptionist will show you where the studio is. I’ll be there to welcome you and help you get set up.
