Navigating Silicon Valley as a Neurodivergent Adult

In this class, I will teach some valuable life lessons from a neurodivergent adult who grew up in Silicon Valley and has overcome severe mental health issues as a neurodivergent adult to living as an immensely happy, healthy person. I will help people understand the inner workings of Silicon Valley culture and how to optimize their mental and physical health to overcome difficulties. I will also include authentic relating games at the end so that people can leave the space with a connection.
