What we’re about
Hacking Health is designed to improve healthcare by inviting healthcare professionals, designers, developers, innovators, and entrepreneurs to collaborate on realistic, human-centric solutions to front-line problems.
Are you a clinical professional, paramedical professional, patient, coder, hacker, programmer, software developer, designer, UI/UX professional, entrepreneur, VC, business analyst, project manager, student, or anyone with a passion for improving healthcare through technology and innovation? Let's work together to drive innovation in healthcare and medical technology for a better tomorrow! Come learn from experts in their fields, discuss innovative new developments in healthcare technology, and contribute to the future of healthcare.
Cafés (HH-speak for "Meetups") are informal meeting to discuss and debate digital health in this city - usually with one or more speakers followed by spirited cross-sector discussion and networking. Hacking Health Cafés are where people and ideas mingle. Love to learn about what's going on in the healthcare technology sector? Want to make new connections with the same interests? Looking for subject matter experts in clinical/tech/healthcare design? Building a team for your medical technology startup? Have an idea that you think would solve a pressing healthcare need? Cafés are your place to do it! We also hold workshops and hackathons, which are are fun, intense, hands-on events where small teams tackle tough problems in a supportive community of peers and mentors.
