Let’s check out Sweet Sundays -- a free open mic and jam (poetry, music, comedy, spoken word) with free food and chai at The Bath House in Hackney Wick.

Meet the Hackney Hangouts crew at 3:30 PM by Café @ The Bath House so we can say hi before the show.

Event details:

• When: Sunday 3 August, open mic 4:00–7:00 PM (arrive any time; we’ll be there from 3:30)
• Where: Café @ The Bath House, 80 Eastway, E9 5JH
• Cost: Free community event (food & chai provided)
• Bring: good vibes and poetry if you'd like to share (totally optional)

Notes: We're attending a public event (we're not the organisers). We'll be respectful of performers and venue guidance.

Plan B: If capacity’s tight or plans change, we'll head to Howling Hops/Barge East nearby -- updates will be posted here.

I'll wear something easy to spot. Come solo or with a friend -- everyone's welcome.
