Hacknight - 👐 Open session

No pre-arranged plan, no preparation, nothing but people wanting to hack the hell out of their laptops. 🧑‍💻

So, only two things are required for this session: your laptop and an idea to hack. Well 🤔, just one thing, your laptop because at the beginning of the session we will discuss the ideas and we can form teams if we want. We already have some ideas for this session:

• Wanna know the latest coolest Linux 🐧 distro in this side of the Turia River: Omarchy? Let's install it from scratch.
• Bringing to live a 386 with the help of modern adaptors for FD and HDDs
• Having a look at the Fosdem 2026 agenda. A little bit of preparation before the conference makes sense.
• Turning an old Android phone into a Matrix Server. Why? Because we can.
• Creating a map of a (pretty big) RoR app with the help of AI and Packwerk.
• Installing Forgejo in an old PC along with litestream and Syncthing (or somethiong else) to create your own git server with some peace of mind. Why? Because we can.
