#26 Presenting: The Media Technology Center @ETH

The Media Technology Center (MTC) is a newly established center at ETH Zurich. At MTC researchers and industry partners work together on projects to shape the future of media technology. The center provides a platform to work on technological innovations at the intersection of media technology, digital journalism, and design.

In our online get together we will learn about their research projects.

  How would the future of media content look like in a mixed reality world? The MTC is building tools that allows us to explore where and how news and journalistic content could be experienced in such a mixed world.

  How can different media houses work together to build data driven systems without the need to share data at any point?

  From machines that can talk and understand local dialects to anti-recommendation engines or new ideas to organize comment sections we present some of our work in natural language processing (NLP).
