Marisa is a transformation doula, expressive arts facilitator, and psychedelic integration coach with more than a decade of experience supporting personal exploration, creativity, and self-discovery. Her work specializes in the trauma-informed preparation and integration of non-ordinary states of consciousness.
Drawing on IFS-informed expressive arts, somatic therapy, hypnotherapy, and Reiki, Marisa brings a thoughtful mind, body, and spirit perspective to her work. Her approach honors the nervous system and each person’s individual journey, connecting modern therapeutic frameworks with spiritual traditions and the power of creative expression.
For Friday Reset, Marisa will guide our sound bath experience, offering an opportunity to pause and make space for yourself alongside fellow mental health professionals. Enjoy an evening of connection, conversation, and light hors d’oeuvres with colleagues who understand the work you do.
