Are you looking for more connection in your life? Openhearted: A Guided Experience in Vulnerability and Connection is a 2.5 hour event designed to give you a taste of the profound work in the tender areas of love, intimacy and sexuality that HAI offers in our online and residential weekend workshops.
You'll have the opportunity to slow down, do some self-exploration, and experience what it feels like to share & listen from the heart.
This workshop takes place on Zoom:
12:00pm - 2:30pm Pacific Time.
3:00pm - 5:30pm Eastern Time.

Our online Openhearted: A Guided Experience in Vulnerability & Connection workshops use Zoom to create our own version of what we refer to as the Room of Love. HAI presenters are masters at quickly creating a beautifully intimate and safe space for deep sharing and vulnerable learning. The group will be led through a series of gentle exercises designed to open your heart and bring you into connection with others. We will also use Zoom break-out rooms for paired and small group sharing.
Openhearted is about being seen and heard, exactly as you are. It’s about slowing down to create a meaningful connection with someone, that perhaps goes a little deeper than your run-of-the-mill chat.
You will have many opportunities to notice and voice your preferences as a way of building confidence and trust with yourself and those around you. In this safe and supportive environment, you’ll begin the journey towards happier, healthier relationships.
Openhearted is a great introduction to HAI’s weekend workshops which focus on:
- Communication skills designed to create more joy in your relationships
- Making choices that reflect what you really want and need
- Working through conflict honestly and gracefully while deepening emotional intimacy
- Improving your relationship to yourself and your body so you can feel comfortable and free in your own skin

This workshop is for individuals who are 18 years or older
$25 USD per person (payment due upon registration)
Most of us think about intimacy as a sexual or sensual act. In this heart-centered facilitated workshop, you will explore ways to create and sustain satisfying intimate connections with those you love. You'll also be introduced to some of the foundational concepts & philosophies of HAI that we cover more in-depth in our popular weekend workshops.
TECHNOLOGY INFORMATION
Because this is an online workshop with video participation over Zoom, you will need a minimum standard of computer equipment. Cell phones are not preferred.
Recording of this event is not allowed.
You will receive the Zoom link 24 hours prior to the workshop and again 1 hour before we start.
Please be in a private room on a computer if possible, rather than on a mobile phone or a tablet for a better experience. If more than one person in the same household is participating, it's much better if each of you can have your own computer and be using headphones if you are in the same room. If you have two devices in one room, only one can be connected to audio. Otherwise, you will have echo and feedback issues.
