Introduction to Connecting in Love

You walk into a room. There are people waiting to greet you, offer you a hug, and welcome you in. An Introduction Workshop Leader from HAI Global is there to bring the group together and lead you through a series of gentle exercises designed to open your heart more fully and bring you into deeper connection with others.

This is what an Introduction to Intimacy is about. It’s about being seen and heard, exactly as you are. It’s about slowing down to create a meaningful connection with someone, that perhaps goes a little deeper than your run-of-the-mill chat.

Our deeply personal and experiential workshops focus on:

– Deepening our experiences of love and creating emotional intimacy

– Improving communication and living with integrity

– Healing body-related shame to enhance your relationship with yourself and others

– Making the right choices for you (in relationships and in life)

HAI Global is a 55-year-old, non-profit organization that has worked with thousands of people, around the world, to bring more love and acceptance into their lives.
