About the talk:
Carl will talk through experience of working with clients who are sure Agile would help improve their change transformation but do not know how to start implementing it. This talk is less about the virtues of Agile as a methodology, and more about how to pragmatically and practically implement it, and will appeal to both those looking at starting their Agile venture as well as those who are looking to improve on their practices"

About the speaker - Carl Wrigley
15 years experience within Business Analysis, Carl has worked mainly in Finance. Most recently he has been working with businesses from a variety of sectors help improve their change transformation, with a particular focus on the Agile mindset.
