This experience is an invitation to step out of the automatic pace of daily life and reconnect with your body through movement, breath, and nature.

We will walk through the natural landscapes of Sintra in silence, allowing space for deeper perception and inner alignment. The emphasis is not on conversation, but on awareness, rhythm, and presence.

The Haka approach gently guides you to observe your body while walking, notice patterns of tension, regulate your breath, and move with greater ease and clarity.

This is not a typical hike. It is a meditative walk, where silence becomes a tool for grounding and self-connection.

Throughout the journey, there will be occasional pauses to support awareness and integration, always in a simple and accessible way.
