Radio Astronomy for Beginners—Meteor Scatter and Skip
This presentation will be introductory into the radio astronomy world of meteor showers, meteor scatter, and meteor skip. The twist is, I will focus on the use of Software Defined Radios (SDR), which is an up-and-coming technology. SDR has completely changed how radio astronomy can be done in a simple straightforward way, with minimal cost, and real-time results.
