This event is perfect for book lovers of fiction, in a variety of genres, who are looking to discuss literary content over a glass of wine (or beer). Whether you're a seasoned book club member or just looking to meet like-minded individuals, this gathering is the place to be.
The first suggested read of mine is “North and South” by Elizabeth Gaskell but it would be great to have your suggestions so we can be versatile with ideas. Reading will commence after the first event on 26th November so don’t worry if you haven’t got a copy of the book by that date.
We can discuss a time frame for reading in the pub - we may decide on a fortnight or a month, but either way, the first event is a friendly meet, with drinks, where we can decide upon literary suggestions for forthcoming meets.
