Hey everyone!
We decided, for our next outing, to try something different and meet for two food festivals. Afri-Fest, the African festival, and LatinFax, the Latin American festival.
A bit about the group:
Some geopolitics professionals with a lull in their workload decided to start a discussion group for people in relevant careers looking to network and chat about International Relations topics. We are: a former journalist for Voice of America, a former Canadian Army medic who worked for a Silicon Valley firm.
The meetings have been a huge success, with people present from the Canadian military, and five continents!
Meet at Afri-Fest after 4pm to gather while our friend Ifo plays drums and tells stories onstage. Then at 5:30pm, we walk to LatinFax, on Foundation Wharf further down the waterfront.
