Indian Dinner Cooking Class - Now Full

Did you know that one of our members, Don Labine, is a professionally trained chef? It's true, and he is going to give us a hands-on Indian dinner cooking class - he did a pasta cooking class last year which was very popular. The fee will be $50 and take place at his home in Dartmouth.

The menu will include:
Butter chicken
Basmati rice
Naan bread

Mango lassi will be served, but if you'd like to bring along your drink of choice please do. We'll enjoy our meal together at the end of class. Don has a wealth of information, so bring along any culinary questions for discussions during dinner.
