Join us as we get our heart rates up for a fun walking (in place) exercise video session. Bring your hand weights if you have them. The 45 minute Chris Freytag video is from [CraftandHobby.com](https://www.craftandhobby.com/video/walk-and-tone-to-the-max) and is full of heart pumping music. The video is mostly standing movements and we will avoid getting up and down off the ground. Can be tailored to all levels. This program is free and for adults 18+.
