Serenity of the Heart – Live Music & Meditation (Burlington)

Join us for a special afternoon of live music and guided meditation as part of the 7-event Experience Pure Love series in Halton.
Featuring guest artist Ekaterina Lavrentyeva, a Canadian-Ukrainian singer and guitarist visiting from Montreal.

She will share uplifting songs in English, French, and Ukrainian, along with an ancient Sanskrit hymn, woven together with meditation.

No prior meditation experience needed.

This event also includes:
• A short meditation seminar
• A gentle introduction to the chakras
• A community potluck to connect and share before our guest artist returns to Montreal
