The perfect balance of sweet, salty, creamy and spicy. Next, roll up your sleeves for Handmade Ravioli Stuffed with Prosciutto, Sun-Dried Tomatoes and Ricotta, tossed in a rich and nutty Brown Butter Sage Sauce. For dessert, Prosciutto di Parma takes an unexpected turn! Gelato topped with Candied Prosciutto, Dried Apricots, Toasted Pistachios and Honey - sweet, salty, crunchy and completely irresistible.
