Join us in the Loft as we transform these naturally delicious ingredients into an impressive seasonal menu featuring Crostini with Walnut and Prune Relish; Whipped Mascarpone, Prune and Walnut Filled Chicken Breast; Festive Sourdough Dressing; Green Beans with Walnut and Prune Gremolata; and decadent Dark Chocolate Truffles. You'll learn creative new ways to use California Prunes and Walnuts in both sweet and savoury dishes, and leave with plenty of inspiration for your own holiday table. As a special bonus, each participant will receive an eco-friendly bamboo cutting board, a reusable sandwich bag, and California Prune and Walnut sample packs.
