Join us for outdoor beach volley at BeachHamburg!
Everyone from beginners to more advanced players is welcome. Though if you are completely new to volleyball, or a try-hard pro, this event is not for you.
We have currently one court for 4v4 or 5v5 (depends how many people will sign up) The organization is informal: once we finish a game, start a rematch, mix with the other team or take a break as you see fit. Upon arrival, join the warmup happening on one of the courts.
Make sure you bring sports clothing suitable for the time of year.
Rules: For everyone's safety, we do not allow kicking the ball during games with beginners. Do not join if you have an infectious disease.
Payment: Costs are 8 EUR per person, paid in advance via PayPal. There is no Urban Sports Club discount.
Bad weather: The event typically still happens if there is light rain. In case of more severe weather, the event will be canceled at least 90 minutes before it starts.
Refunds: There are no refunds, not even when the event gets canceled due to bad weather. This is because we must pay for the courts in advance, and the venue does not provide refunds. If you know some days in advance that you cannot make it, you can try to sell your spot to someone else
