We practice a dynamic yoga series with numerous variations of asanas for all levels as well as breathing exercises and positive affirmations to energize us for the day! Come and join us!

The costs for participation are:
8 € one trial lesson; after that
10 € for each drop-in class or
25 € for a monthly membership.

The course has been running for 1.5 years and takes place 47 weeks a year (six weeks of vacation per year).
