What we’re about
We're a group of international Hamburg-based writers who meet once a week for a couple of hours, usually on a Sunday afternoon, to sit in companionable quiet and work on our own projects. What you write is up to you - this isn't a workshop or a critique group - we're just here to provide company and accountability and help one another stay focused. This is a free event but please make sure you purchase something from the venue.
We also hold occasional workshops on topics such as:
kick-starting your creativity,
developing characters,
choosing point-of-view,
crafting dialogue,
plotting and planning,
editing,
and springing into creativity (idea mining) among others.
These are usually held on a Saturday afternoon at the host's house, and snacks and drinks are included in the price of 35 EUR.
