Sunday Handstand Hangout 🤸‍♂️

Join us for a relaxed Sunday session of handstands and balance play at Hamburg Stadtpark! Whether you’re a seasoned handstand enthusiast or a curious beginner, everyone is welcome.

We’ll meet on the main meadow near the Planetarium—just look for the group stretching and attempting to defy gravity. Bring a mat or towel, some water, and your best upside-down smile.

No pressure, no egos—just a fun, supportive space to practice and connect.
