last minute night christmas-hike in the dark 23.12.25

dear hikers,

christmas is just around the corner, and with it the last opportunity to walk around the alster in the night one last time before christmas.
i would like to invite you to a short evening hike in the dark from downtown hamburg along the binnenalster and once around the aussenalster.

we will meet on tuesday, december 23rd, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. in front of the entrance to the alsterhaus on jungfernstieg.

after we have circled the outer alster, our tour ends at jungfernstieg 16 – 20 – maybe with a glühwein at the weihnachtsmarkt on rathausmarkt.
the route is approximately 10 km long and takes 2 – 2,5 hours.

if it rains or snows heavily or there's an earthquake that day, i'll cancel the tour one day in advance and offer an alternative date at december 23, 2026.
