HIKE FROM FLENSBURG TO DENMARK (21 KM / MEDIUM)

dear international hikers,

today i'd like to invite you on a very special hike to denmark.
we'll first travel by train to flensburg and then go by bus to the flensburger förde.

we'll hike along the famous gendarmenweg (gendarmen trail) along the baltic sea coast to kollund in denmark.

the gendarmenweg is a historic hiking trail that runs along the flensburger förde and leads through kollund in denmark. the gendarmenweg was once a path used by danish border guards.

the tour is 21 km long. as always we'll take a nice break along the way.

please only register if you can really make it. if something comes up, please cancel by september 30.
as always, participation in hikes in this group is free. donations are welcome.

everyone hikes at their own risk.

if it rains heavily, if there's an earthquake that day, i'll cancel the tour one day in advance and offer an alternative date.

please note: denmark is not part of germany and is a member of the eu. therefore, please be sure to bring a valid id with you.

please bring something to eat and drink for yourself.
you will need a deutschland ticket or a db single ticket. it would be useful, if you also have some cash with you for denmark.
