On New Year's Day from Bergedorf to Geesthacht (20km / moderate)

Dear hikers, I would like to personally wish you a Happy New Year🎇 and invite you to join me on a tour along the Elbe river slope on January 1st🤗 We meet at the S-Bahn station in Bergedorf and walk up and down through woodland and two small villages to Geesthacht. But be warned, if you partied too hard🥳 on New Year's Eve, we (and you😧) will notice, as there are some short but steep climbs🆙 to tackle. But anyone who got more than four hours of sleep will likely enjoy🥰 the hike.

We will meet 11:00 at S-Bergedorf at the exit City/Weidenbaumsweg. Ending point for the hike is the bus stop Geesthacht ZOB from where we will return to S-Bergedorf.

Please play nice and only sign up if your are 100% sure that you will join! Unreliable people (no show or late cancellation) may be excluded from future events with limited capacity. Repeat offenders will be banned from the group.

As always, this is a free event, but voluntary donations are welcome and help me cover the costs of running the group. Nobody is expected to give, only do so if you can afford it and would like to. Look out for the violet donation box toward the end of the hike.
