This is a small, experimental meet-up where we explore gentle yoga and reflection together. I’m not a certified yoga teacher. I’ve practiced yoga for several years and am currently exploring how movement and attention relate to relaxation and self-understanding.

This session is not about perfect postures or achieving any outcome. It’s about noticing how we relate to effort, rest, and the body.

Please participate at your own pace. You’re welcome to pause or stop at any time.

The session will include:

  • Gentle, familiar movements
  • Time for rest or stillness
  • Optional reflection and sharing at the end

This is not a class or a workshop, but a shared exploration. No prior yoga experience is required.
