This is a group for those interested in exploring and developing mindfulness in daily life. This is not a substitute for professional counseling or therapy, it is a Meetup that hopes to promote friendship with a common purpose, which is finding a less anxious, more meaningful way of living, and dealing with our lives and the people we interact with through a variety of activities that will vary based on the season and the groups interests. All meetups will include a guided meditation and thought provoking question for discussion. We seek active participation.There is no charge to attend.
