Natural Walking Group Practice

If you have attended the level 1 workshop you are welcome to join our free weekly practice on Tuesdays at 7 pm on Skype. In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, we are suspending all SONW workshops and SONW related activities until further notice, except via Skype.
